Mistake in tiling a backsplash - how to fix it?

We have made an error in measuring the first row of tiles - it was too late to fix it by the time we realised we were left with a sliver. We’re thinking of adding a trim to the wall on the right to cover up the gap, however we’re hoping for some other good suggestions.

Realistically this is in the corner and will be covered by appliances etc. But still. We’re perfectionists so we’re kicking ourselves over this.
